A special feature in the September 30th issue of Rolling Stone included a Dylan concert among the "Greatest Concerts of the Nineties". The one-page article describes Dylan's December 8th, 1997 concert at Iriving Plaza. The article is copyrighted but you can read it at RollingStone.com.
