West 4th Street

The corner of West 4th and Mercer Streets

Presumably the inspiration for the title of "Positively 4th Street", also the location of Dylan's first apartment in Manhattan. Beginning approximately at Broadway (it's known as East 4th Street on the other side of Broadway), West 4th Street meanders a crooked path through the West Village before ending at Gansevoort Street.
